~Is there any way I can forget all the unhappiness in the past?~

Why do the tears flow uncontrollably when the past memories come back?
How do you forget everything that has happened?
Why can't you let go of something which doesn't belong to you?
Why do you care about something which shouldn't be in your life anymore?
Why can't you hate people who have let you down?
Isn't it pointless to recall memories which are better off forgotten and not remembered?
Is it so difficult to be happy or is it God doesn't want you to be happy?
